Care Dorset is an independent company wholly owned by Dorset Council. This is known as a Local Authority Trading Company.

Care Dorset launched in October 2022.

Delivering person-centred care and support for older persons 24-hours per day to live as independently as possible.

Day Opportunities

Providing opportunities for people to meet with friends, learn new skills, enjoy the activities that they value most.

Reablement

Providing help and support for people to retain or regain their skills and confidence so they can learn to manage again after a period of illness.

Supported Living

Supported living is designed to help people with a wide range of support needs retain their independence by being supported in their own home.
